All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Norydexan reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price applied will be the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.

4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Norydexan reserves the right to accept or refuse any order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully processed.

5. Payment

Payments are securely processed via certified third-party providers. We do not store credit card details. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information.

6. Delivery

We currently ship to multiple international destinations using trusted private courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • United Kingdom: 6–10 working days
  • South Africa: 8–12 working days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination and local courier operations.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with European consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at contact@norydexan.com. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

8. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Additional processing time may apply depending on your payment provider.

9. Legal Warranty

Customers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and protection against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable French and European laws.

10. Liability

Norydexan shall not be held liable for indirect damages or losses resulting from the use of our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
